I-LINX through the MVS group can offer customers an innovative online
tool called Enigma to track usage. Enigma provides customers with control
over their usage by offering them 24-hour on-line access to their organization
billing. The Enigma online billing system also provides instant access
to reports through the Call Tracking System, or CTS, and complete statistics
on all traffic generated through a service provider or a communications
station, whether the technology is used by your customer or their terminal
ID. Using the aforementioned parameters you can instantly answer a question
like: What was the volume of traffic a terminal ID generated via a particular
communications station? The output figures can be shown as a table or
as a graph.
