Tanning

Tanners need to enhance their natural body functions to maintain a deeper tan, which can be achieved by drinking plenty of water and by eating a well-balanced diet.

Did you know that drinks containing caffeine such as coffee, tea, pop and as well as alcoholic beverages will actually make you lose water?

Water is very important to the body for hydration. If you do not consume enough purified water, your skin will not be properly hydrated and will not be as elastic as it should be.

So make sure you drink enough water to help replace the skin's moisture loss.
Not only is water the great elixir, it also keep your skin looking soft, moist and elastic while warding off blemishes and free radicals.

When you're out in the sun or tanning indoors, you don't always perspire and your body gradually loses water. You may - sometimes without making any connection - experience headaches or a feeling of fatigue despite not having done anything exhausting. Your skin, muscles and organs dehydrates and becomes more fragile.

Drinking water promotes elasticity and discourages collagen breakdowns, and keep acne away! It is essential because it helps flush out toxins, which can cause anything from ashy complexions to full-on break outs.

Water is not created equal. If water is really so important to drink all by itself, it should have a better quality, it should be safe, it should be tolerable - it should taste better!
