Malaga Cove (Palos Verdes)
Commentary: Start at top of the hill and go down the dirt trail. it's really not much of a hike (or a trail) though when you get to the bottom you can walk along the coast. the ocean view from the top is spectacular. it's a rocky beach with a couple surfers and fisherman.
 
Del Cerro Park (Rancho Palos Verdes)
Commentary: ...start at top of the hill and go down the dirt trail. u have the option of going right at the initial fork towards a narrow trail full of small rocks. frankly, we don't recommend it as it's so slippery. the wider dirt road on the straight path takes longer to get down, but u can run it. it's not as steep. the trail in some parts is lined with trees and other parts wide open country.
