Mae is a business woman, creative, and techie.

In 1997 McCaw founded WEBWORKIT.COM (WWI) in New York City and relocated a year later to L.A. Ms. McCaw is an interactive producer and web consultant for WWI and works with a team of associate designers, programmers and marketing/advertising consultants for designated web projects. Over the years, she has managed the development and design of hundreds of web projects from web sites, ecommerce systems, web campaigns, digital media, web animations, web applications and web databases to online marketing and interactive advertising in the entertainment industry as well as for commercial production, the interactive community, and more. Ms. McCaw not only provides her expertise to clients in creative direction and conception, strategic planning, project management, content analysis, user interface design, web development, and web marketing, but she also manages WWI's business development, sales and marketing.

Prior to WWI, McCaw served as Marketing Services Manager for the Outdoor Advertising Association of America in New York City and also produced the Annual OBIE Awards--the oldest advertising award show in the U.S which was broadcasted live via satellite to nine countries. She worked in the areas of marketing communications, business development, new technologies, market research and event planning.

During the inception of the World Wide Web in the early 90s, McCaw was selected to work with the United Nations (UN) as a UN Fellow in cooperation with the Environmental Protection Agency to avail White House and U.N. programs on the internet.

McCaw received her Master of Arts degree at The American University, School of International Service in Washington, DC in International Communication & International Economic Development. She acquired her Bachelor of Arts degree at UCLA in History with an emphasis in Economics. She is a member of both Phi Kappa Phi and Phi Beta Kappa Honor Societies. Through UCLA's overseas programs, she also studied at the University of Madrid (Cumplutense) in Spain and at the University of Mexico (UNAM) in D.F., Mexico. She has lived in NYC, D.C., Madrid, Paris, Mexico City and Manila.

McCaw currently resides in Los Angeles. She has an appreciation for the arts--film, music, fine art, media art, theater, and literature. In her spare time, she enjoys photography, tennis, bicycling, yoga, rollerblading, painting, sketching and traveling...last, but not least, she appreciates spending time with family, good friends and her dog JJ.
