West Coast Start-up - Planned, organized and set-up YouthStream's west coast event marketing division in Los Angeles, CA. Responsible for all west coast-based businesses in addition to existing east coast clientele for all event marketing campaigns and projects.

Client Management - Manage an annual budget of over two million dollars for all projects that range from $10,000 to $500,000 per client. Manage over 20 client accounts per year. Manage client account from concept to completion. Produce budgets, schedules and timelines. Determine markets and event locations. Ensure that multiple deadlines are met. Event Management - Manage over 500 annual marketing events and the distribution of over five million promotional items to consumers such as product samples and demos (e.g. Palm handhelds, Planet Java ice coffee, Promax Energy bars, Los Angeles Times newspapers, Victoria Secret catalogues, Bath & Bodyworks perfume, etc.), branded premium items (e.g. t-shirts, hats, pens, calculators, cups, etc.), contest prize items (e.g. digital cameras, vacations, two-way pagers, etc.) and product informational packets (e.g. rebate forms, flyers and coupons).

Staff Management - Manage an annual staff of over 200 individuals ranging from 48 to 60 staff members per multiple-market campaign. Staff includes marketing coordinators, road managers, road manager assistants, market managers and promotional assistants. Launch Youthstream's internship program by recruiting and hiring UCLA and USC marketing majors.
